Beiginning on July 31st we will be offering yoga classes here at our wellness & performance center. Yoga fits beautifully with our mission and we are very excited to offer this service to our community. The classes will be led by our two amazing instrucotrs, Lindsey & Rachel. 

We will have a variety of different flows that will be developed, here is a description of our first flow that we will be offering.

Lengthen & Strengthen Class: 45 Minutes

Metro-Strength’s signature flow, designed to help you connect breath with movement as you cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. This alignment based flow will guide you through a series of poses to lengthen the spine, develop overall joint mobility, and build a foundation of strength to support your body. Expect a well rounded class including sun salutations, a variety of standing poses, backbends, twists and more!

Thursdays- 6 PM - 7 PM

No one ever teaches us how to move correctly when we are younger, so lets change that! This class is for all ages 12-120. If you are looking to improve your ability to move, improve ROM, decrease pain/stiffnes, improve mobility, improve stability and strength, then this is for you!

These are 60 minute classes that focus on very intricate motions that are foundational for our body to move. We will always start small and work into strengthening the new motion that we learn that day.

Each class will cover 2-3 joints and the associated musculature (ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, back, neck, elbows, and wrist). We will provide instruction and demonstration prior to having you perform the movement. Our instructors are highly trained and will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Our class capacity is 8 in order to allow our instructors to be able to help everyone when they need.

You will move so much better after attending these!
